Why BlackWatch Track?
BlackWatch Track is more than a club—it’s an elite, program with year-round opportunities built for athletes of all skill levels.
With high-level coaching, top-tier strength training, elite facilities, and a supportive community, BW Track is designed to challenge and develop every athlete.
Our program fosters growth, competition, and excellence, ensuring each athlete reaches their full potential in a competitive yet encouraging environment.


NOVEMBER - FEBRUARY
Registration Opens: October 15, 2025
Tuition is $550 that covers AAU athlete fees, team fees, meet entry fees, 54 hours of instruction during held practices for season, and coaches fees for meets.
Uniforms will be an additional $130 if you are new. Summer track athletes will wear the same uniforms. Uniforms change every summer season. The uniform cost includes the athletes race top, race bottoms and meet t-shirt.
All our indoor athletes will get the opportunity to join the speed academy in March and April for free. This program helps bridge the gap between the indoor season training and outdoor season.

March & April
The Speed Academy program will give track athletes the competitive advantage with the extra conditioning before the season starts in May. It highlights sports specific strength and conditioning exercises, drills and techniques. There are 8 total sessions at 1.5 hours each.

The Elite team is designed for athletes who are highly motivated and committed to track. These athletes will perform at a higher standard and are expected much more of them.

Full Season Travel
·Wherever we need to be to build our program and provide the best competitive opportunities for our athletes. This could include Birmingham and surrounding areas as well as out of state.
·2nd Regional Qualifier in Knoxville, TN in late June.
·Junior Olympics – July 29-August 8, 2026 in Des Moines, IA.
SIGNING DAY - APRIL 12, 2026

The Youth team is designed for athletes who are new to track, using track for conditioning or need less commitment level.

Youth athletes have the ability to still qualify and advance through regional qualifiers to the Junior Olympics. Some events may require travel outside of the Southeast. Example locations include:

SIGNING DAY - APRIL 12, 2026
Covers AAU membership fees, meet entry fees, uniforms, weight training, coaches fees, and administrative fees.
Females will receive a tank top, shorts, and t-shirt. Males will be provided a race top and bottom with a t-shirt. Optional athlete and fan gear will be available for purchase.

This is an offseason training program for Track & Field athletes. Class is twice a week (Tuesday & Thursdays @ 6:00pm @ BlackWatch Sports) for the months of September & October. The package is valued at $280/month that we are discounting it to $250/month for our track athletes. Coach KD will focus on weight training, conditioning, fundamentals, and technique in these 8 sessions.

The BlackWatch Track team, established in the summer of 2022, welcomes youth and adult athletes of all experience levels. Our program covers track and field fundamentals, max velocity training, strength programs, core conditioning, and flexibility sessions to enhance performance and reduce injury risk.
We believe every athlete deserves top-notch training, and our dedicated coaches are here to provide it. Additionally, our athletes benefit from the support of Vulcan Performance Rehabilitation and Recovery, focusing on injury prevention and offering services to keep them healthy throughout their training.


Each athlete is registered with AAU (the "Amateur Athletic Union of the United States"). This membership is managed by BlackWatch and included in tuition and is required for summer and indoor seasons.
Youth: 6-18 | Open Masters: 19-23
Pre-Masters: 24-29 | Sub-Masters: 30-34
Masters: 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55+
There are select meets that allow for toddler races and coach/parent relays. These will be announced prior to those meets so that if others want to participate. Registration fees would apply for the meet.
